SHIPPING & RETURNS
Simpson Cottage provides free shipping for all orders of $250 or more* within Australia. Your item(s) will be despatched via Australia Post on the same day of your order if full payment is received before 2pm (AEST) on a business day. On confirmation of your order and once dispatched, you will receive tracking advice for your delivery. Estimated delivery within Australia is 3-5 business days however some locations on the west coast, and Australian territory island destinations, can take up to 7 business days. Next business day Express Post shipping is available (within the Express Post network#) but must be selected as the Delivery Method during the checkout process.
*Free shipping is provided for consignments with a total weight of up to 2kg

Returns & Exchanges
If unwanted items are returned unused and in original condition, we will refund the order amount for those items, or offer you an alternative product of the same or lesser value as an exchange if required. All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned item(s), or by return Direct Deposit. You will be responsible for all costs associated with the return shipping of the unwanted goods. Shipping costs associated with providing an exchange product will be charged at the standard Australia Post Parcel Post rates for delivery to your location.
Please note: we are not able to accept the return of opened and/or used goods, or provide a refund for items that are damaged or lost during return shipping.
We allow size exchanges within 14 days of your order being dispatched. Please complete the 'Returns' section of your original invoice and arrange delivery of the item(s) to the address noted below. We recommend that all returns are sent by recorded delivery - we will not be responsible for returned items that are lost during shipping.
